Hi, I’m Dr. Jennifer Kozaily, Founder and Managing Director of HealthGuard Consultancy. I’m passionate about helping healthcare organizations create safer, more effective systems for patients, providers, and caregivers. With a background in pharmacy, medical law, and healthcare leadership, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and strategic insight to everything I do.
I earned my Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Lebanese American University (LAU), completed a PGY-1 residency at Florida Hospital in Orlando, and was proud to receive the Adventist Health System Pharmacy Quality Award for launching pharmacy services in the emergency department. I'm also CPHRM and CPPS certified and hold a Master of Laws in Medical Law and Ethics from the University of Edinburgh, which supports my commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.
